 Condecta's new TCM FD 70  Lift capacity of 7'000kg Condecta (Romandie) SA, Echallens – Forklift TCM FD 70 –
Rohrer-Marti SA, Echallens Mrs. Claudine Barraud, Director, and Mr. Pietro Bassi, Head of Sales Condecta (Romandie) SA, Morges, presented at the traditional spring exhibition of Rohrer-Marti SA Echallens one of their new "employees", the heavy-duty forklift TCM FD 70. The two companies Condecta (Romandie) SA, and Rohrer-Marti SA, are known in the Suisse-Romande branch offices located in Echallens. The good neighborhood and a reliable "service après vente" of Rohrer-Marti SA were responsible for Condecta (Romandie) SA to buy a heavy duty forklift TCM FD 70 (payload 7to). Currently, Condecta (Romandie) SA employs 18 employees in Echallens. The company, with headquarters in Winterthur / ZH, is a leading provider of space systems (containers for numerous application areas) and operating supplies (products for industrial safety, facilities, etc). Best known are the in-house produced, fully galvanized EURO-Quick-Use cranes. The branch in Echallens serves the entire west of Switzerland, and is responsible for the sale, rental and maintenance of the products sold in the machine and space systems. For safe handling of up to 5 tons of heavy construction equipment (e.g. concrete panels) and counter-weights for the construction cranes, the company needed a corresponding front forklift. Neighbor Rohrer-Marti SA, Morges, provided the answer. The acquired Heavy Forklift TCM FD 70 has a lift capacity of 7'000kg and a HD-duplex high visibility mast of 4'500mm. For additional stability and security, superelastic dual tires are used at the front axle and a fork extension (2600mm) is installed. Because the truck is mostly used outdoors and laborious shifts are planned, the cockpit for the driver was properly equipped. The enclosed cabin with heating and ventilation, the ergonomically placed controls and the comfortable driver's seat ensure an pleasant workflow. To keep working even with snowfall in winter, special accessories including snow chains and a snow schield were ordered. Mr. Pietro Bassi estimates the truck's annual workload at 500 to 600 hours. Therefore, customer and spare part service receive an even higher priority, met with the comprehensive service of the close neighbour Rohrer-Marti SA., Echallens.
