LPG Forklifts.
Boasting clean air technology, our Stage V Compliant Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) forklift trucks contribute to reduced emissions for a versatile, quiet solution across indoor and outdoor applications.
With a robust frame combined with a good weight ratio and responsive engine, these LPG fork trucks can carry heavy loads from 1.5 to 5.5 tonnes at an efficient pace. Taking a matter of minutes to refuel, our LPG forklift trucks can maintain high power throughout the day for enhanced productivity. Powerful performance meets agility with a compact design that makes it able to manoeuvre with ease.
FGE15-35
The TCM FGE15-35 is engineered for maximum operational efficiency. Its compact frame provides a tight turning radius—as low as 1,980 mm—ensuring no warehouse space is wasted. Equipped with Stage V compliant engines, the series features a fuel-saver mode that reduces consumption by up to 18%, significantly lowering your total cost of ownership while maintaining high performance.
FGE40-55
With a lifting capacity of up to 5.5 tonnes, our FGE 40-55 LPG counterbalance forklift provides optimal flexibility lifting heavier loads while ensuring operator comfort through customisable options and advanced safety features.
All Round Visibility
From the standard LED light set and the absence of crossbars in the overhead guard to the specially designed mast, this forklift is engineered for superior visibility in all directions. For operations requiring even higher safety standards, new standard features include a back handle with an integrated horn button for safer reversing and an optional "Blue Point" rear light to alert pedestrians of the truck’s presence.
Operator Compartment
The E3 series sets a new benchmark for operator comfort and digital integration:
- A new LCD colour display features a 40% larger screen for better visibility of vital truck data.
- Standard integrated Bluetooth allows for touchless operator authentication via smartphone and wireless service diagnostics.
- Three-point access with a reduced step height and large floor space ensures easy entry and maximum comfort during long shifts.
- The Grammer MSG65 vinyl seat comes as standard, featuring adjustable lumbar support and a high-visibility orange seat belt.
- Optional MSG75 air suspension seats (vinyl or cloth) are available for ultimate vibration dampening.
Effortless Control
Take command with the new 2-speed control system, now a standard feature that allows operators to toggle between pre-set High and Low speed limits directly from the meter panel. For those seeking maximum precision:
- An optional adjustable armrest provides low-effort levers and a standard FNR (Forward/Neutral/Reverse) switch.
- A mechanical option allows for simultaneous lifting and tilting with one hand for smoother pallet handling.
- Ensure the steering knob always remains in the 9 o'clock position when driving straight, improving ergonomic consistency.
Memory Tilt Steering Column
Redesigned for the E3 generation, the new 2-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a column with infinite adjustment within a 12-degree range. The "memory" function retains the operator’s preferred setting, allowing for swift and ergonomic changeovers between different drivers.
Frequently Asked Questions.
EU Stage V (Regulation 2016/1628) is an emissions standard for Non-Road Mobile Machinery with spark/compression ignition engines. Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) includes equipment such as generators, lighting towers, and forklifts, among other things.
Since 31 December 2021, all new non-road mobile machinery, including both diesel and LPG powered vehicles, have been required to comply, regardless of engine size.
New directives can quickly lead to headaches, but Stage V doesn’t have to. Forklifts from this range have been designed from the ground up to comply with Stage V regulations, so you can focus on what matters most — keeping your material handling operations running.

Unlike other types of forklifts, a counterbalance forklift doesn’t have any outriggers or additional support structures. Instead, it relies on its heavy counterweight located at the rear of the machine to balance the weight of the load being lifted. This unique design allows the forklift to navigate tight spaces and reach high shelves without any obstacles.
As any operator will tell you, handling a counterbalance forklift requires skill and precision. First, ensure that you’re wearing the appropriate safety gear, including a hard hat and hi-vis (high-visibility) vest. Before starting the forklift, conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all the controls and safety features are in working order. Once inside the forklift, adjust the seat and mirrors for optimum visibility. To start the engine, turn the key and allow it to warm up. Familiarise yourself with the controls, such as the accelerator and brake. When moving the forklift, always keep a clear line of sight and maintain a safe speed. Take extra caution when turning or reversing, as the counterbalance forklift is rear-wheel drive. To lift and transport loads, approach slowly and position the forks carefully before raising them to the desired height. Always make sure the load is balanced and secure before moving.
